The Réseau BIBLIO de l'Outaouais is organizing a Manga Contest.

Every time a patron visit one of the member libraries of the Réseau BIBLIO de l'Outaouais or on one of the digital platforms offered by the Réseau BIBLIO, he will have a chance to win one of the nine regional prizes offered 𝐛𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐭 www.reseaubibliooutaouais.qc.ca/en/contest
